A community-driven process where local organizations recommend candidates for PR
The RCIP is community-driven. Participating towns and regions have the authority to recommend candidates who meet both federal eligibility requirements and local labour needs. To qualify, you must secure a valid job offer and a recommendation from the community's designated organization before applying for Canadian permanent residence.
